The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, and discloses a preparation method of a carbon fiber composite material and application of the carbon fiber composite material in a scooter, the carbon fiber composite material is prepared by taking nylon 6 as a matrix and auxiliary agents such as a functional agent I, a functional agent II and an antioxidant through mixing granulation, wherein the functional agent I is carbon fiber with the surface modified with a large number of polymer molecular chains, and the polymer molecular chains can form a transition layer between the carbon fiber and a nylon 6 matrix, so that the compatibility between the nylon 6 matrix and the carbon fiber is effectively improved, the advantages of the carbon fiber are efficiently played, and the mechanical properties of nylon 6 are enhanced; the functional agent II is a halloysite nanotube loaded with nano aluminum oxide, and the bridging agent structure contains a long aliphatic chain, so that the bridging agent has a good lubricating effect, and nano aluminum oxide can relatively slide on the surface of the halloysite nanotube to generate a ball effect, so that the wear resistance of the composite material is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,公开了一种碳纤维复合材料的制备方法及其在滑板车中的应用,该碳纤维复合材料是以尼龙6为基体,辅以功能剂一、功能剂二、抗氧剂等助剂,经混合造粒制得,其中功能剂一为表面修饰有大量聚合物分子链的碳纤维,这些聚合物分子链能够在碳纤维与尼龙6基体之间形成“过渡”层,有效改善尼龙6基体与碳纤维之间的相容性,进而高效发挥碳纤维的优势,增强尼龙6的机械力学性能,功能剂二为负载纳米氧化铝的埃洛石纳米管,由于架桥剂结构中含有长脂肪链,因此具有良好的润滑作用,能够使纳米氧化铝在埃洛石纳米管表面进行相对滑移,产生“滚珠”作用,从而有效提高复合材料的耐磨性能。
