The maintenance elevator with the protection mechanism comprises two linear lifting modules which are arranged in parallel, the inner sides of the linear lifting modules are connected with rail frames, the inner sides of the linear lifting modules are connected with sliding blocks in an up-down sliding mode, and the rail frames are in non-rigid connection with the sliding blocks through connecting parts; the connecting part comprises a joint screw rod, the joint screw rod is rotationally connected with the sliding block, the joint screw rod is slidably connected with the sliding block in the width direction of the inner rail of the lifting module, and the end, away from the sliding block, of the joint bearing is adjustably connected with the rail frame. The equipment can bear bilateral synchronous errors in the operation process, so that normal operation is achieved, the non-rigid connection mode is simple in structure, a high-precision driving part, a sensor and an installation and adjustment process are not needed, cost is greatly saved, and installation efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有保护机构的维修升降机,包括两个平行布置的线性升降模组,所述线性升降模组内侧连接有轨道架,所述升降模组内侧上下滑动连接有滑块,所述轨道架通过连接部与所述滑块非刚性连接;所述连接部包括关节螺杆,所述关节螺杆与所述滑块转动连接,所述关节螺杆与所述滑块沿所述升降模组内档宽度方向滑动连接,所述关节轴承远离所述滑块的一端与所述轨道架可调节连接,本发明通过非刚性的连接方式,使得设备能够承受运行过程中双侧同步误差,从而正常运行,而且本申请的非刚性连接方式结构简单,不需要高精度驱动部件、传感器和装调工艺,大幅节省了成本,提高了安装效率。
