The invention discloses an elevator safety protection mechanism and an elevator. Comprising a door machine plate, a hanging plate, a door closing microswitch, a door opening microswitch, a door closing trigger bracket, a door opening trigger bracket, a pair of light curtain touch plates, a light curtain touch plate swing arm and a light curtain touch plate microswitch, wherein the door closing microswitch and the door opening microswitch are arranged on one of the door machine plate and the hanging plate; the door closing trigger bracket and the door opening trigger bracket are arranged on the other one of the door machine plate and the hanging plate; wherein one light curtain touch panel is internally provided with an infrared emitter, and the other light curtain touch panel is internally provided with an infrared receiver. Whether the door closing trigger bracket triggers the door closing microswitch to form a door closing in-place signal or not and whether the door opening trigger bracket triggers the door opening microswitch to form a door opening in-place signal or not are judged; whether the light curtain touch panel drives the light curtain touch panel swing arm to trigger the light curtain touch panel microswitch to form a light curtain touch panel detection signal or not and whether the infrared receiver completely receives light beams emitted by the infrared emitter or not to form a light curtain detection signal or not are used for controlling normal operation or door opening operation of the elevator door.

    本发明公开一种电梯安全保护机构及电梯,包括门机板、挂板、设置于门机板或挂板一者上的关门微动开关与开门微动开关、设置于另一者上的关门触发支架与开门触发支架、设置于轿门板上的一对光幕触板、光幕触板摆臂及光幕触板微动开关,其中之一光幕触板内安装有红外线发射器,另一光幕触板内安装有红外线接收器,通过监测轿门板移动过程中,关门触发支架是否触发关门微动开关形成关门到位信号、开门触发支架是否触发开门微动开关形成开门到位信号、光幕触板是否带动光幕触板摆臂触发光幕触板微动开关形成光幕触板检测信号以及红外线接收器是否完整接收到红外线发射器发出的光束形成光幕检测信号来进行电梯门执行正常运行或者开门运行的控制。
