Generating a hoisting early warning signal according to a hoisting detection image, steel coil data and clamp arm data in the detection image; generating an offset width according to the original width of the steel coil in the steel coil data and the detection width of the steel coil in the transfer detection image; inputting a transfer detection image in the detection image into an offset share detection model to obtain an offset share; generating steel coil regularity according to the offset width and the offset share; the optimal upper limit speed is generated according to the regularity of the steel coil; the transfer alarm signal is generated according to the transfer speed, the operation method of operators is improved, the transfer speed when the side edges of the steel coil are not uniform is controlled, and the possibility that the side edges of the steel coil are abraded is reduced.
