A hoisting transfer device comprises a pair of grabbing mechanisms spaced from each other in the first horizontal direction and a first adjusting mechanism used for adjusting the distance between the pair of grabbing mechanisms. The first adjusting mechanism comprises a first translation element which can translate in a reciprocating mode in the first horizontal direction and comprises a first protrusion; the second translation element can translate back and forth in the first horizontal direction and comprises a second bulge; and a third rotating element including a first slot and a second slot, the first protrusion being slidably received within the first slot and the second protrusion being slidably received within the second slot. Translation of one translating element in a first horizontal direction along a first orientation causes sliding of the first projection within the first slot, rotation of the third rotating element, and sliding of the second projection within the second slot, and causes the other translating element to translate in the first horizontal direction along a second orientation opposite the first orientation, therefore, the distance between the pair of grabbing mechanisms is adjusted.
