The invention relates to the field of offshore oil exploitation equipment, and provides a buoyancy cylinder limiting device, an offshore oil and gas exploitation platform and an offshore oil and gas exploitation system.The buoyancy cylinder limiting device comprises n limiting frames and elastic protection assemblies which are arranged in a moon pool of a dry tree cylinder platform. The n limiting frames are distributed in the axial direction of the moon pool, m limiting holes are formed in each limiting frame, and the limiting holes of the n limiting frames are aligned in the axial direction of the moon pool to form m rows of limiting holes. Each row of limiting holes can be used for limiting one buoyancy cylinder, displacement of the buoyancy cylinders in the horizontal direction can be effectively limited, and meanwhile, due to separation of the limiting holes, the adjacent buoyancy cylinders and the buoyancy cylinders and floating bodies of the dry tree cylinder platform cannot collide with each other. Moreover, the elastic protection assembly is arranged in the limiting hole, so that collision between the buoyancy cylinder and the limiting frame is converted into soft contact, the load impact force generated at the contact surface can be effectively reduced, and the service time of the structure is prolonged.
本发明涉及海上石油开采设备领域,提供一种浮力筒限位装置、海上油气开采平台和海上油气开采系统,包括设置在干树圆筒平台的月池内的n个限位框架和弹性保护组件。n个限位框架沿月池的轴向分布,且每个限位框架内均设置有m个限位孔,n个限位框架的限位孔沿月池的轴向对正,形成m列限位孔。每列限位孔均可用于对一个浮力筒进行限位,可有效限制浮力筒沿水平方向的位移,同时,由于受到限位孔的分隔,使相邻的浮力筒以及浮力筒与干树圆筒平台的浮体之间无法相互碰撞。而且,由于限位孔内设置有弹性保护组件,因此,会将浮力筒与限位框架之间的碰撞转变为软接触,可有效降低接触面处产生的载荷冲击力,延长结构服役时间。
