The invention relates to the technical field of off-road vehicle manufacturing, in particular to an integrated suspension beam, a frame and a vehicle. The invention provides an integrated suspension cross beam which comprises a bottom plate, a suspension arm mounting support and two cross beams, the bottom plate is provided with longitudinal beam connecting parts and a containing space, the longitudinal beam connecting parts are arranged on the two opposite sides of the bottom plate, the two cross beams are arranged in the containing space in a spaced mode, and each cross beam comprises a lower suspension arm mounting part and a driving element mounting part. The lower suspension arm mounting parts are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam, and the driving element mounting part is arranged between the suspension arm mounting parts at the two ends; and the suspension arm mounting support is arranged between the two cross beams and comprises an upper suspension arm mounting interface and a lower suspension arm mounting interface, and the lower suspension arm mounting interface and the lower suspension arm mounting part are correspondingly arranged. According to the technical scheme, on the premise that the structural strength meets the requirement of the whole vehicle, the design of an independent suspension support is reduced, the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced, the problem that the width is limited is solved, and the transverse arrangement efficiency of the chassis is improved.

    本公开涉及越野车制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种一体化悬架横梁、车架及车辆。本公开提供了一种一体化悬架横梁,包括底板、悬架臂安装支座和两个横梁,底板具有纵梁连接部和容置空间,纵梁连接部设置在底板相对的两侧,两个横梁间隔设置在容置空间内,横梁包括下悬架臂安装部和驱动元件安装部,下悬架臂安装部设置在横梁的两端,驱动元件安装部设置在两端的悬架臂安装部之间;悬架臂安装支座设置在两个横梁之间,悬架臂安装支座包括上悬臂安装接口和下悬臂安装接口,下悬臂安装接口与下悬架臂安装部对应设置。通过实施本公开的技术方案,在结构强度满足整车要求前提下,减少了独立悬架支座的设计,减轻了整车的重量,解决了宽度受限问题,提高了底盘横向布置效率。
