The invention discloses a commercial vehicle frame cross beam structure which comprises a cross beam top plate and cross beam side plates connected to the left end and the right end of the cross beam top plate. A cross beam bottom plate is fixedly connected between the two cross beam side plates, bridge type reinforcing ribs are fixed between the bottom face of the cross beam top plate and the top face of the cross beam bottom plate, and the bridge type reinforcing ribs comprise a plurality of triangular reinforcing ribs fixedly connected between the cross beam bottom plate and the cross beam top plate. The frame cross member assembly designed by the invention is totally made of aluminum alloy extruded profiles, and has the advantages of few parts, low weight, overall attractiveness and high generalization rate. Compared with a common vehicle frame cross beam, the weight of the vehicle frame cross beam is reduced by 30%-50%, and a good light-weight effect is achieved. The machining number of parts is reduced, the positions and the intervals of the side plate fixing holes can be set according to needs, and therefore universality among different frames is achieved. The reinforcing ribs are arranged in a topological optimization mode and are mainly of a triangular structure, the thickness of the reinforcing ribs ranges from 3 mm to 5 mm, and therefore the frame cross beam has good durability and structural strength.

    本发明公开了一种商用车车架横梁结构,包括横梁顶板和连接于所述横梁顶板左右两端的横梁侧板;两块所述横梁侧板之间固定连接有横梁底板,所述横梁顶板的底面与所述横梁底板的顶面之间固定有桥梁式加强筋,所述桥梁式加强筋包括固定连接于所述横梁底板与所述横梁顶板之间的多个三角式加强筋。本发明所设计的车架横梁总成全部采用铝合金挤压型材,零件少、重量低、整体美观且通用化率高。较一般车架横梁降低了30%~50%的重量,实现了很好的轻量化效果。减少了零件的加工数量,可根据需要设定侧板固定孔的位置和间距,从而实现不同车架之间的通用。加强筋通过拓扑优化方式进行布置,主要呈三角形结构,厚度3mm~5mm,使得车架横梁具有良好的耐久性和结构强度。
