The invention provides a technology capable of suppressing strain of a sewing part of synthetic leather. A steering wheel (100) is provided with: a main body section (10) including a core body (11); and a synthetic leather part (20) covering the main body part. The synthetic leather part has: a first synthetic leather part (20A); a second synthetic leather part (20B) made of a material different from that of the first synthetic leather part; and a linear first sewing part (S1) for sewing the first synthetic leather part and the second synthetic leather part to each other. The first sewing portion does not extend in a direction toward the center of the steering wheel when the steering wheel is viewed from the front.
