The invention discloses a wheel polygon online quantitative monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, considering a vehicle speed and a wheel diameter as a rotating speed to solve the problem of different wheel diameters in an actual situation, and then establishing a Kriging agent model response curved surface of an acceleration vibration level related to the rotating speed and order of a wheel at a 0dB/1mum rough level; secondly, axle box acceleration vibration levels under different orders and rotating speeds are obtained through order analysis, and measured data are screened to reduce interference of non-polygonal components and influences caused by errors of a simulation model and reality; and finally, estimating the polygon roughness level of the wheel according to the established Kriging agent model response curved surface and the linear relation between the vibration level and the roughness level. The method has high accuracy for wheel roughness level estimation of simulation and test data. Compared with a common wheel polygon qualitative monitoring method at present, the method considers the influence of the vehicle speed and the vehicle system mode, and can accurately and quantitatively estimate the roughness level of the wheel.

    本发明公开了一种车轮多边形在线定量监测方法,首先将车速与轮径考虑为转速,以解决实际情况中车轮轮径不同的问题,然后建立0dB/1μm粗糙级时加速度振动级关于车轮转速和阶次的克里金代理模型响应曲面,接着运用阶次分析获得不同阶次、转速下的轴箱加速度振动级,并对所测数据进行筛选以减少非多边形成分的干扰和仿真模型与实际的误差带来的影响。最后根据所建立的克里金代理模型响应曲面以及振动级与粗糙级之间的线性关系来估计车轮多边形粗糙级。本发明对于仿真和试验数据的车轮粗糙级估计均有较高的准确度。相较于目前常见的车轮多边形定性监测方法,本方法考虑了车速和车辆系统模态的影响,能够跟准确地定量估计车轮粗糙级大小。
