The invention discloses a wheel polygon roughness level limit value measuring method based on vehicle dynamics, which comprises the following steps of: proposing a concept of a wheel-rail force level by analyzing wheel-rail force characteristics and rules under a wheel polygon fault, and constructing a response curved surface of the wheel-rail force level with respect to a vehicle speed, an order and a 0dB/1 [mu] m roughness level by utilizing a KSM (Kernel-Square-Modulation); the relation between the wheel-rail force level and the roughness level is obtained, then the relation between the wheel-rail force amplitude and the wheel roughness level is analyzed, the limit value of the wheel-rail force amplitude is calculated through the limit value of the wheel load shedding rate, and then the limit value of the wheel-rail force amplitude is converted into the limit value of the roughness level.
本发明公开了一种基于车辆动力学的车轮多边形粗糙级限值测量方法,通过分析车轮多边形故障下的轮轨力特性和规律,提出轮轨力级的概念,并利用KSM构造轮轨力级关于车速、阶次和0dB/1μm粗糙级的响应曲面,获得轮轨力级与粗糙级之间的关系,再分析轮轨力幅值与车轮粗糙级之间的关系,通过轮重减载率限值计算出轮轨力幅值的限值,再转化为粗糙级限值。
