The invention relates to the technical field of track fastener detection, in particular to a track fastener service state intelligent detection robot which comprises a detection device, the detection device is installed on the side face of a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism comprises an upper supporting plate, driving wheels are arranged below the upper supporting plate, one side face of the upper supporting plate is connected with a connecting frame, and the upper supporting plate is connected with the connecting frame. The other side face of the upper supporting plate is rotationally connected with a connecting plate through a hinge, a first clamping mechanism is installed on the inner wall of the connecting frame, a second clamping mechanism is installed on the inner wall of the connecting plate, a structured light sensor based on the triangulation principle is selected as the detection device, and the three-dimensional point cloud of the track fastener can be directly obtained in the detection process; detection of parameters such as tightness of the fastener and geometric dimensions of key components of the fastener is realized; and by arranging the driving mechanism, the low-cost and miniaturized design of the robot is achieved, the equipment is light in weight and easy and convenient to mount and dismount, and the problems that large detection equipment is difficult to transport, mount and dismount are solved.

    本发明涉及轨道扣件检测技术领域,特别涉及一种轨道扣件服役状态智能检测机器人,包括:检测装置,所述检测装置安装在驱动机构的侧面,所述驱动机构包括上支撑板,所述上支撑板的下方设有驱动轮,所述上支撑板一侧面连接有连接框,所述上支撑板的另一侧面通过合页转动连接连接板,所述连接框的的内壁安装有第一夹持机构,所述连接板的内壁安装有第二夹持机构,将检测装置选用基于三角测量原理的结构光传感器,在检测过程中可以直接获取轨道扣件三维点云,实现了对扣件松紧度和扣件关键部件几何尺寸等参数的检测;并且通过设置驱动机构,实现了机器人的低成本和小型化设计,设备重量轻、安拆简便,克服了大型检测设备运输难、安拆难的难题。
