The invention discloses a steel rail fastener fastening state detection method and device. The method comprises the steps: collecting three-dimensional point cloud data of a to-be-detected steel rail,and acquiring a three-dimensional contour image of the to-be-detected steel rail through the three-dimensional point cloud data; determining a rail head area of the to-be-detected steel rail according to the three-dimensional contour image; determining a fastener area of the to-be-detected steel rail according to the rail head area of the to-be-detected steel rail; determining a bolt area of theto-be-detected steel rail in the fastener area of the to-be-detected steel rail, and determining a rail head outer side non-abrasion area of the to-be-detected steel rail by utilizing the bolt area; acquiring height data of the bolt area and the non-abrasion area on the outer side of the rail head; and determining the fastening state of the bolt in the bolt area according to the height data of thebolt area and the non-abrasion area on the outer side of the rail head in combination with a dynamic threshold library. According to the method, the fastening state of the bolt in the bolt area can be rapidly and accurately determined, the working efficiency is high, and a large number of manpower resources do not need to be consumed.
本发明公开了一种钢轨扣件紧固状态检测方法及装置,该方法包括:采集待检测钢轨的三维点云数据,并利用三维点云数据获取待检测钢轨的三维轮廓图像;根据三维轮廓图像确定待检测钢轨的轨头区域;根据待检测钢轨的轨头区域确定待检测钢轨的扣件区域;在待检测钢轨的扣件区域中确定待检测钢轨的螺栓区域,并利用螺栓区域确定待检测钢轨的轨头外侧非磨耗区域;获取螺栓区域和轨头外侧非磨耗区域的高度数据;根据螺栓区域和轨头外侧非磨耗区域的高度数据,结合动态阈值库,确定螺栓区域中的螺栓的紧固状态。本发明可快速、准确地确定出螺栓区域中的螺栓的紧固状态,工作效率高,无需耗费大量的人力资源。
