The invention discloses a range-extended electric vehicle control method, which is characterized in that a range-extended mode is divided into four driving modes, namely eDrive, eBrake, eBoost and eGenerate, according to the state of charge and capacity of a battery of a whole vehicle, the generated power corresponding to an engine OOL curve, the required power of the whole vehicle and the driving or braking state of the whole vehicle. By taking the optimal fuel consumption rate of the engine as a core control target, the charging and discharging role of the battery is dynamically adjusted in real time, the energy buffering capability of the battery is fully exerted, the dynamic working condition of the whole vehicle and the running state of the engine are fully decoupled, and the relative hard constraint of the working condition of the whole vehicle on the running working point of the engine is converted into soft constraint; the engine can run near the optimal fuel consumption rate curve under most working conditions, so that the economical performance of the whole vehicle in a better range extending mode is achieved, and the problem that the actual economical performance of the whole vehicle in the range extending mode is poor due to the fact that the running efficiency of a common fixed-point power generation running engine is greatly influenced by the dynamic working condition of the whole vehicle is solved.

    本发明公开了增程式电动汽车控制方法,所述根据整车电池荷电状态和能力、发动机OOL曲线对应的发电功率、整车需求功率以及整车驱动或制动状态,将增程模式划分四种驱动模式,分别为eDrive、eBrake、eBoost和eGenerate。本发明通过以发动机运行于最佳燃油消耗率为核心控制目标,动态实时调整电池的充放电角色,充分发挥电池的能量缓冲能力,让整车动态工况与发动机运行状态充分解耦,将整车工况对发动机运行工作点的相对硬约束转化为软约束,让发动机在大部分工况可以运行在最佳燃油消耗率曲线附近,以实现更优的增程模式下的整车经济性表现,解决了普通定点发电运行发动机运行效率受到整车动态工况影响较大,造成整车增程模式下的实际经济性表现欠佳问题。
