The invention discloses a novel power range extending system and a novel power range extending method for a range extending type electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that hydrogen and oxygen mixed gas is input into an annular air cylinder, the annular air cylinder circularly completes air suction, compression, acting and exhaust, a synchronizing shaft of the annular air cylinder rotates and drives a generator set to charge a battery pack of the electric automobile at the same time, and range extending and endurance of the battery pack are achieved; every two annular air cylinders form one group, the first annular air cylinder circularly completes air suction and compression, and the second annular air cylinder circularly completes acting and exhausting; high-pressure gas formed by air suction and compression in the first annular air cylinder is input into the combustion chamber to be ignited by a sparking plug, and generated high-temperature and high-pressure gas is input into the second annular air cylinder and exhausted after acting. The environment-friendly performance can be improved, the power output structure is simple, and the energy conversion efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于增程式电动汽车的新型动力增程系统及增程方法。本发明的方法包括:氢氧混合气体输入至环形气缸内,环形气缸循环完成吸气与压缩、做功与排气,环形气缸的同步轴在转动的同时带动发电机组为电动汽车的电池组进行充电,实现电池组的增程续航;所述环形气缸两两一组,第一环形气缸循环完成吸气与压缩,第二环形气缸循环完成做功与排气;所述第一环形气缸内吸气并压缩形成的高压气体输入至燃烧室内被火花塞点燃,产生的高温高压气体输入至第二环形气缸,做功后排气。本发明能够提升环保性能,且动力输出结构简单,提升能量转换效率。
