The invention discloses a side mine truck power battery system which comprises a power battery, the power battery is connected with a high-voltage box, a positive direct-current charging assembly and a negative direct-current charging assembly are integrated in the high-voltage box, the positive direct-current charging assembly comprises four direct-current charging positive high-voltage lines, and the negative direct-current charging assembly comprises four direct-current charging negative high-voltage lines; the positive pole direct current charging assembly comprises four direct current charging positive high-voltage lines, and the negative pole direct current charging assembly comprises four direct current charging negative high-voltage lines, and two direct current charging positive high-voltage lines in the positive pole direct current charging assembly and two direct current charging negative high-voltage lines in the negative pole direct current charging assembly are connected with the first direct current charging pile; the other two DC charging positive high-voltage lines in the positive DC charging assembly and the other two DC charging negative high-voltage lines in the negative DC charging assembly are connected with a second DC charging pile. According to the side-mounted mine truck power battery system provided by the invention, the charging mode of the power battery system is optimized, and double-gun charging is changed into four-gun charging, so that the charging efficiency is doubled, the charging time is shortened, and the use requirements of a mine area are met.

    本发明公开了一种侧置式矿卡动力电池系统,包括:动力电池,所述动力电池连接有高压盒,高压盒内集成有正极直流充电组件和负极直流充电组件,正极直流充电组件包括四条直流充电正高压线,负极直流充电组件包括四条直流充电负高压线,其中,正极直流充电组件中的两条直流充电正高压线和负极直流充电组件中的两条直流充电负高压线与第一直流充电桩连接,正极直流充电组件中的另外两条直流充电正高压线和负极直流充电组件中的另外两条直流充电负高压线与第二直流充电桩连接。本发明提供的侧置式矿卡动力电池系统,通过优化动力电池系统的充电模式,由双枪充电改为四枪充电,使得充电效率翻倍,减小充电时间,满足矿区的使用要求。
