According to the method, different fault clearing strategies and power recovery strategies can be adopted in different use scenes, fault clearing and power recovery of the whole vehicle can be rapidly carried out after a serious fault of the driving motor occurs, and the risk that the whole vehicle lies down after the serious fault can be reduced.
