When the driving motor of the vehicle has the power loss fault, the driving motor is controlled to be turned off, if the rotating speed of the driving motor is larger than or equal to the preset intervention rotating speed, it is represented that the amplitude of the back electromotive force generated by the driving motor has the risk of being higher than the bus capacitor voltage, and therefore the generator is controlled to output the electric torque; therefore, back electromotive force feedback energy generated by high-speed operation of the driving motor is consumed, the risk of current backward flowing caused by the fact that the amplitude of the back electromotive force is higher than bus capacitor voltage is avoided, and effective protection is provided for a driving motor system.
