The invention discloses a vehicle sliding energy recovery control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and relates to the field of automobiles. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring driving state information, driving road condition information and driving environment information of a current vehicle; determining the working condition of the current vehicle according to the driving state information, the driving road condition information and the driving environment information; and when the working condition is an unsafe working condition, starting a sliding energy recovery function of the current vehicle. Through the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the energy consumption can be reduced while the driving safety is ensured, so that the sliding energy recovery efficiency and the cruising ability of the vehicle are improved.
