The invention discloses an intelligent light-operated tower climbing robot which comprises a pole climbing host, a mechanical arm (5) arranged on the pole climbing host, an image acquisition device (6) arranged on the mechanical arm (5), a control box and a display interface arranged in the control box. The pole climbing main machine comprises a base (1) used for tightly holding a pole tower, a climbing mechanism (2) arranged in the base (1), a driving mechanism (3) driving the climbing mechanism (2) and a telescopic mechanism (4) controlling the climbing mechanism (2) to stretch out and draw back towards the base (1). And the control box is in communication connection with the climbing mechanism (2), the mechanical arm (5) and the image acquisition device (6) and controls the climbing mechanism (2) and the mechanical arm (5) to act and controls the image acquisition mode switching of the image acquisition device (6). According to the intelligent light-operated tower climbing robot, labor force can be greatly liberated, and the inspection efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能光控攀爬杆塔机器人,包括爬杆主机、设置在爬杆主机上的机械臂(5)、设置在机械臂(5)上的图像采集装置(6)、控制箱及设置在控制箱内的显示界面,所述爬杆主机包括用于抱紧杆塔的底座(1)、设置在底座(1)内的攀爬机构(2)、驱动攀爬机构(2)的驱动机构(3)及控制攀爬机构(2)朝向底座(1)伸缩的伸缩机构(4);所述控制箱分别通信连接攀爬机构(2)、机械臂(5)及图像采集装置(6)并控制攀爬机构(2)、机械臂(5)动作及图像采集装置(6)图像采集模式切换。本发明智能光控攀爬杆塔机器人,可大大解放劳动力、提高巡检的效率。
