The buoyancy tank cover plate fixedly connected with the top of the buoyancy tank is made of high-density polyethylene which is lighter than an active powder concrete material, and the connecting plate is used for supporting the photovoltaic module, so that a steel support structure is omitted, and the device is lighter and low in manufacturing cost.
