The invention discloses a buoyancy tank assembly and an overwater photovoltaic device. The buoyancy tank assembly comprises a buoyancy tank body, a cushion block, a telescopic mechanism and a traction mechanism, one end of the telescopic mechanism is connected with the cushion block, the other end of the telescopic mechanism is connected with the buoyancy tank body, and the cushion block is located below the buoyancy tank body; under the condition that the buoyancy tank body and the cushion block sink at the same time, the telescopic mechanism keeps the buoyancy tank body and the cushion block in an attached state; under the condition that the buoyancy tank body floats upwards and is separated relative to the cushion block, the telescopic mechanism automatically extends to release the buoyancy tank body; under the condition that the buoyancy tank body floats upwards and is separated relative to the cushion block, the traction mechanism is used for pulling the cushion block to rise to approach the buoyancy tank body. According to the floating box, the cushion block is arranged below the floating box body, the floating box is prevented from falling into sludge after being stranded, meanwhile, the traction mechanism is arranged to pull the cushion block out of the sludge, the cushion block is attached to the floating box again through the telescopic mechanism, and the problem that an existing floating box cannot automatically float back when being stranded is solved.

    本发明公开了一种浮箱组件及水上光伏装置,包括浮箱本体、垫块、伸缩机构和牵引机构;伸缩机构的一端与垫块连接,伸缩机构的另一端与浮箱本体连接,且垫块位于浮箱本体的下方;在浮箱本体与垫块同时下沉的情况下,伸缩机构保持浮箱本体与垫块处于贴合状态;在浮箱本体相对垫块上浮分离的情况下,伸缩机构自动伸长以释放浮箱本体;在浮箱本体相对垫块上浮分离的情况下,牵引机构用于牵引垫块上升靠近浮箱本体。通过在浮箱本体下方设置垫块,避免浮箱搁浅后陷入淤泥,同时设置牵引机构将垫块从淤泥里拉出,并通过伸缩机构再次使垫块和浮箱贴合,解决了现有的浮箱在搁浅时不能自动回浮的问题。
