And calibrating the rim angle probe through waveform correction, and performing calibration probe correlation based on the circumferential angle of the corrected waveform defect to complete calibration. According to the invention, the axle and the rim are respectively and automatically calibrated, the probe required by each defect is confirmed in advance, the ultrasonic calibration efficiency is improved through automatic association of the probes and the defects, the working intensity of flaw detectors is reduced, the corresponding labor cost is saved, and the calibration accuracy and reliability are improved at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种车轴与轮辋的自动标定方法及超声探伤系统,车轴探头的标定通过固定回波与各缺陷位置关系实现缺陷与探头关联标定,将关联缺陷的声程范围区域进行小波包分解并进行信噪比判伤,对未检出缺陷的数据进行直方图均衡化信息增强,最后确定缺陷关联的标定探头,完成标定。并对轮辋斜探头的标定通过波形校正,基于校正后波形缺陷的周向角度进行标定探关联完成标定。本发明通过分别对车轴和轮辋进行自动标定,提前确认了每一个缺陷所需要的探头,通过探头与缺陷的自动关联提升了超声标定的效率,降低探伤工工作强度并节约相应人力成本,同时提高标定的准确性和可靠性。
