The invention discloses a rail vehicle intensive common brake cylinder which comprises an adjusting shaft assembly and an adjusting system assembly, the adjusting system assembly comprises a compression nut and a brake adjusting part, the compression nut is in threaded fit with the adjusting shaft assembly, and the compression nut is adjacent to the side, close to the cylinder top, of the brake adjusting part; the pressing nut can rotate in the circumferential direction of the brake cylinder relative to the adjusting shaft assembly and can also move in the axial direction of the brake cylinder relative to the brake adjusting part. A one-way bearing is arranged between the compression nut and the brake adjusting part, and the one-way bearing can be engaged with the compression nut or the brake adjusting part; the one-way bearing is meshed with the pressing nut or the brake adjusting part, so that relative rotation between the pressing nut and the brake adjusting part is restrained, and relative axial movement between the pressing nut and the brake adjusting part is allowed.
