The invention discloses a rail vehicle intensive parking brake cylinder which comprises a common air cylinder and a parking air cylinder, the common air cylinder and the parking air cylinder are continuously and adjacently arranged in the axial direction of the parking brake cylinder, and the parking air cylinder comprises a parking piston. The common air cylinder comprises a common air cylinder body, and a force amplification mechanism, a common piston and a common thrust seat which are positioned in the common air cylinder body; the common thrust seat is located on the side, close to the top of the cylinder, of the common piston, the force amplification mechanism comprises a first force transmission assembly and a second force transmission assembly which are connected with each other, and the first force transmission assembly is movably connected with a common air cylinder body and matched with the common piston; the second force transmission assembly is movably connected with the first force transmission assembly and the common thrust seat. The parking piston can directly or indirectly push the common piston to move, the first force transmission assembly transmits force to the second force transmission assembly, and the common piston can apply force to the common thrust seat through the force amplification mechanism.
