The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle equipment, and discloses a traction unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a supporting frame and an unmanned aerial vehicle body, the supporting frame is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle body, vertical driving assemblies are arranged at the four corners of the unmanned aerial vehicle body correspondingly, a traction mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle body, and a placement plate is arranged on the supporting frame; a connecting rod is arranged on the placement plate, a detection assembly used for detecting the flight attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is arranged in the connecting rod, the detection assembly is electrically connected with a controller arranged in the unmanned aerial vehicle body, traction rods are connected to the two ends of the connecting rod, and horizontal driving assemblies are arranged at the ends, away from the connecting rod, of the traction rods; the horizontal driving assembly is electrically connected with the controller, horizontal pulling force can be provided by arranging the horizontal driving assembly, meanwhile, the detection assembly is arranged, the flight attitude can be adjusted in time, and traction of a heavy object is met; the invention further provides a method for adjusting the flight attitude of the traction unmanned aerial vehicle. The method is suitable for the traction unmanned aerial vehicle.
