The invention particularly relates to a method for realizing quick disassembly and assembly of an aero-engine in an aircraft engine compartment, which is designed on the basis of acquiring an aero-engine and an aircraft engine compartment appearance three-dimensional model thereof, and simulating the disassembly and assembly process of the aero-engine in the aircraft engine compartment. The method comprises the following steps: determining a dismounting path of an aero-engine in an aircraft engine compartment and attitude adjustment requirements of the aero-engine, and then dismounting the aero-engine in the aircraft engine compartment by using an engine mounting vehicle and utilizing a measurement and control system according to the determined dismounting path of the aero-engine in the aircraft engine compartment and the attitude adjustment requirements of the aero-engine. One-key automatic disassembly and assembly can be achieved, convenience, rapidness, time saving and labor saving are achieved, the operation frequency and task efficiency of an aircraft can be guaranteed, a distance measuring sensor and an initial position positioning two-dimensional code piece are designed and used for determining a gap and the initial position of the gap in the disassembly and assembly process of an aero-engine in an aircraft engine compartment, and extremely high accuracy and timeliness are achieved.

    本申请具体涉及一种航空发动机在飞机发动机舱中快速拆装实现方法,设计在获取航空发动机及其飞机发动机舱外形三维模型的基础上,通过模拟航空发动机在飞机发动机舱中的拆装过程,确定航空发动机在飞机发动机舱中拆装的路径及其姿态调节要求,进而以发动机安装车,利用测控系统,按照确定的航空发动机在飞机发动机舱中拆装的路径及其姿态调节要求,对航空发动机在飞机发动机舱中进行拆装,可实现一键自动拆装,方便、快捷,节时、省力,可保证飞机出动频次和任务效能,且设计利用测距传感器、起始位置定位二维码片在航空发动机在飞机发动机舱中拆装过程中,对间隙及其起始位置进行确定,具有极高的准确性及其时效性。
