The invention belongs to the technical field of aero-engines, and particularly relates to an aero-engine compartment cooling system and a control method thereof, a deflation device, an engine compartment temperature sensor, an engine controller and a deflation control unit. The deflation device is arranged at an air inlet channel of an engine and used for exhausting cooling air of the air inlet channel to an engine compartment, and a deflation actuating device for controlling the deflation device to be turned on and turned off is arranged in the deflation device. The engine compartment temperature sensor detects the temperature of an engine compartment and uploads the temperature to the engine controller, the engine controller displays the state of an engine to a pilot and receives control of the pilot, and the engine controller controls opening and closing of the deflation device through the deflation control unit and receives execution feedback of the deflation device. The execution of the deflation action and the instruction of the deflation amount are directly controlled by a pilot or are sent out after being analyzed and processed by an engine controller.
