The curved surface wall-climbing adsorption robot and fan blade detection system comprises a robot main body, the robot main body is provided with an active adsorption device and a passive adsorption device, the active adsorption device comprises an air exhaust mechanism and a high-elasticity sealing skirt pad, the sealing skirt pad is arranged at the bottom of the robot main body, and an opening of the sealing skirt pad faces a wall surface; the air exhaust mechanism is connected with the sealing skirt pad; the passive adsorption device comprises a driving mechanism, a nano suction cup and a desorption mechanism, the driving mechanism and the desorption mechanism are both arranged on the robot body, the nano suction cup is connected with the driving mechanism, and the desorption mechanism is connected with the edge of the nano suction cup.     本发明提供了一种曲面爬壁吸附机器人及风机叶片检测系统,涉及无人检测设备技术领域,解决了现有技术中存在的人工风机叶片检测维修方法效率低下的技术问题。该曲面爬壁吸附机器人及风机叶片检测系统包括机器人主体,机器人主体上设置有有源吸附装置和无源吸附装置,有源吸附装置包括抽气机构和高弹性密封裙垫,密封裙垫设置在机器人主体底部且密封裙垫的开口朝向墙面,抽气机构与密封裙垫连接;无源吸附装置包括驱动机构、纳米吸盘以及脱附机构,驱动机构和脱附机构均设置在机器人主体上,纳米吸盘与驱动机构连接,脱附机构与纳米吸盘边缘连接。本发明将曲面爬壁吸附机器人和多旋翼无人机绞盘投放回收装置结合实现大型风机叶片的高效可靠检测。
