The invention discloses an electrically-controlled tubular column with high collision safety. The electrically-controlled tubular column comprises an electrically-controlled tubular column supporting strength mechanism, a tubular column connecting rod collapse force control mechanism and a steering system operation protection mechanism. The electric adjusting pipe column supporting strength mechanism is composed of a rear rotating support and a front rotating support; the tubular column connecting rod collapsing force control mechanism is composed of a static collapsing force contribution mechanism and a radial rotating mechanism; the steering system operation protection mechanism is composed of a lower column pipe, a rear rotating support gasket and a steering shaft system mechanism. The steering shaft system mechanism is composed of an upper tubular column, an upper steering shaft and a lower steering shaft, the top of the upper steering shaft is connected with a steering wheel, and the upper steering shaft and the lower steering shaft are rotationally connected with the upper tubular column and the lower tubular column through bearings. When collision occurs and the force acting on the steering shaft system mechanism is smaller than a preset threshold value, the crumple force of the electrically-controlled tubular column is provided by the friction force between the static crumple force contribution mechanism and the components of the steering shaft system mechanism; and when the force acting on the steering shaft system mechanism is not smaller than a preset threshold value, the radial rotating mechanism provides the crumple force of the electrically-controlled pipe column at the same time.
