    本发明公开了一种电调管柱调节机构,涉及汽车转向系统领域,旨在解决现有技术中占据的空间比较大,操作便利性差的问题,采用的技术方案是,下管柱筒上有轴向调节电机和角度调节电机,通过第一丝杠、第一调节块和轴向调节支架的配合实现轴向调节,通过第二丝杠、第二调节块和角度调节支架的配合实现角度调节,导向块、铆钉和溃缩块可优化调节摆动量,提升调节稳定性,所述第一导向花键和所述第二导向花键滑动啮合,使在调节时,既不影响所述第一输入轴和所述第二输入轴的转动,又不影响对长度的调节,此技术方案与其它结构对比可提升管柱整体的固有频率、刚度、乘车更舒适、提高了驾驶员手感,且占据空间小,通用化更高。
