The invention provides an automatic charging robot system capable of achieving accurate positioning and a using method, and belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle charging. A main control processor is arranged in the charging robot body, and a binocular camera, a laser scanning device and a snakelike mechanical arm are arranged outside the charging robot body; the main control processor is connected with the binocular camera, the laser scanning device and the snakelike mechanical arm; and the main control processor acquires an image of the charging port through the binocular camera, acquires first data of the charging port, scans the charging port through the laser scanning device, acquires second data of the charging port, calculates position data of the charging port according to the first data and the second data, and controls the snake-shaped mechanical arm to insert and pull out the charging gun. Accurate positioning of the charging port is recognized through binocular image recognition and laser scanning, so that damage to the charging gun and the charging port is avoided, and the cost of the mechanical arm is reduced by adopting the snakelike mechanical arm.

    本发明提供一种实现精确定位的自动充电机器人系统及使用方法,属于电动汽车充电技术领域,所述系统包括充电机器人本体;充电机器人本体内部设有主控处理器,充电机器人本体外部设有双目相机、激光扫描装置和蛇形机械臂;主控处理器与双目相机、激光扫描装置及蛇形机械臂均连接;主控处理器通过双目相机获取充电口图像,获取充电口的第一数据,以及通过激光扫描装置对充电口进行扫描,获取充电口的第二数据,并根据第一和第二数据计算充电口的位置数据,控制蛇形机械臂进行插充电枪和拔充电枪的操作。本发明通过双目图像识别和激光扫描识别充电口的精确定位,从而避免了对充电枪和充电口的损坏,采用蛇形机械臂降低了机械臂成本。
