The invention discloses a gantry walking mechanism capable of achieving accurate positioning. The mechanism comprises a bottom plate and a guide pulley, a guide sliding rail is mounted at the top of the bottom plate, the guide pulley is movably mounted at the top of the guide sliding rail, a bearing rod is mounted on the inner side of the guide pulley, bearing plates are mounted on the outer side of the bearing rod, the bearing plates are located on the two sides of the guide pulley, a supporting table is installed at the tops of the bearing plates, and a control motor is installed at the top of the supporting table through bolts. The the bearing plates are provided with fixing plates, the bearing plates fix the infrared generator at the bottom through the fixing plates, in the moving process of the infrared generator, infrared induction rays are emitted, the infrared induction rays are projected to the infrared positioning inductor, and the position of infrared rays are sensed by a sensor at the corresponding position in the infrared positioning sensor, so that the position of the supporting table can be judged, the device can be accurately moved to a designated position, and errors occurring in the transportation process are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种实现精准定位的龙门行走机构,包括底板和引导滑轮,所述底板的顶部安装有引导滑轨,所述引导滑轨的顶部活动安装有引导滑轮,所述引导滑轮的内侧安装有轴承杆,所述轴承杆的外侧安装有轴承板,且轴承板位于引导滑轮的两侧,所述轴承板的顶部安装有支撑台,所述支撑台的顶部通过螺栓安装有控制电机。本发明通过轴承板安装有固定板,轴承板通过固定板对底部的红外线发生器固定,在红外线发生器移动的过程中,发出红外感应线,红外感应线投射到红外线定位感应器上,由红外线定位感应器内部对应位置的传感器进行感应红外线所在位置,从而可以判断出支撑台的位置,装置可以精准的移动到指定位置,减少运输过程中出现的误差。
