The invention provides an electric vehicle torque vector control method based on hub motor temperature management, which comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring the current real-time temperature of each hub motor, and calculating the allowable output maximum power of each hub motor; s2, according to the obtained output power, calculating output torque corresponding to a front shaft and a rear shaft; s3, calculating distribution torque of left and right wheels of a front axle and distribution torque of left and right wheels of a rear axle according to vehicle driving conditions; s4, calculating a left wheel power-assisted steering distribution torque and a right wheel power-assisted steering distribution torque; and S5, calculating the output torque of each wheel according to the distribution torque of each wheel calculated in the steps S2, S3 and S4 and the steering condition of current vehicle driving. According to the invention, better high-speed driving stability is obtained while the steering performance is improved, and each hub motor works at a healthy temperature.

    本发明提供一种基于轮毂电机温度管理的电动汽车扭矩矢量控制方法,S1、获取各轮毂电机当前实时温度,计算各轮毂电机允许输出最大功率;S2、根据各获得的输出功率,计算前后轴对应的输出扭矩;S3、根据车辆行驶工况,计算前轴左右轮的分配扭矩和后轴左右轮的分配扭矩;S4、计算左轮转向助力分配扭矩和右轮转向助力分配扭矩;S5、根据S2、S3和S4中计算得到的各轮分配扭矩,以及当前车辆行驶的转向情况计算各个车轮的输出扭矩。本发明中在提升转向性能的同时获得更好的高速行驶驱动稳定性,并使各轮毂电机均工作在健康温度下。
