The invention provides a whole vehicle thermal management control method of a pure electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a pure electric vehicle integrated model into a passenger compartment sub-module, a battery sub-module, a heat pump sub-module and an electric drive sub-module by adopting a modularization strategy; a BP neural network reduced-order model of each sub-module is established, and each BP neural network reduced-order model is trained; the passenger compartment sub-module, the battery sub-module, the heat pump sub-module and the electric drive sub-module are integrally fused by adopting an integrated learning algorithm to obtain an integrated thermal management system reduced-order model, and the integrated thermal management system reduced-order model fuses thermal management control data output by each trained BP neural network reduced-order model to obtain a thermal management control module. And obtaining a thermal management control strategy of the pure electric vehicle. The whole vehicle integrated neural network reduced-order model established by the invention can ensure the model precision and improve the calculation speed at the same time, so that rapid solution and online estimation are realized, and a basis is provided for the research of an intelligent control strategy of a pure electric vehicle.

    本发明提供了一种纯电动汽车的整车热管理控制方法。该方法包括:采用模块化策略将纯电动汽车一体化模型划分为乘员舱子模块、电池子模块、热泵子模块和电驱子模块;分别建立各个子模块的BP神经网络降阶模型,对各个BP神经网络降阶模型进行训练;采用集成学习算法对乘员舱子模块、电池子模块、热泵子模块和电驱子模块进行一体化融合,得到一体化热管理系统降阶模型,一体化热管理系统降阶模型对训练好的各个BP神经网络降阶模型输出的热管理控制数据进行融合,得到纯电动汽车的热管理控制策略。本发明搭建的整车一体化神经网络降阶模型可以确保模型精度的同时提高计算速度,从而实现快速求解、在线估计,为纯电动车的智能控制策略的研究提供基础。
