The invention discloses a whole vehicle thermal management system for a pure electric commercial vehicle. The whole vehicle thermal management system is provided with a passenger compartment refrigeration cycle subsystem, a passenger compartment warm air cycle subsystem, a battery thermal management subsystem and a motor assembly thermal management subsystem, the passenger compartment refrigeration cycle subsystem comprises a compressor, a water-cooling condenser, an evaporator, a heat regenerator, a first cooler and a second cooler which are connected through a passenger compartment refrigerant circulation pipeline, and refrigerant transmission pipelines and water medium transmission pipelines which are independent of one another are arranged in the water-cooling condenser, the first cooler and the second cooler. Refrigerant transmission pipelines of the water cooling condenser, the first cooler and the second cooler are connected in a passenger compartment refrigerant circulation pipeline, a water medium transmission pipeline of the water cooling condenser and a water medium transmission pipeline of the first cooler are connected with a motor assembly heat management subsystem, and a water medium transmission pipeline of the second cooler is connected with a battery heat management subsystem. And the heat regenerator is arranged among the water-cooling condenser, the evaporator and the first cooler. The purpose of improving the economical efficiency, the dynamic property and the comfort of the vehicle is achieved.

    一种纯电动商用车整车热管理系统,设有乘员舱制冷循环子系统、乘员舱暖风循环子系统、电池热管理子系统和电机总成热管理子系统;所述乘员舱制冷循环子系统包括压缩机、水冷冷凝器、蒸发器、回热器、第一冷却器和第二冷却器,上述部件通过乘员舱冷媒循环管路连接,所述水冷冷凝器、第一冷却器和第二冷却器内部均设有相互独立的冷媒传输管路和水介质传输管路,三者的冷媒传输管路连接在乘员舱冷媒循环管路中,水冷冷凝器及第一冷却器的水介质传输管路与电机总成热管理子系统连接,第二冷却器的水介质传输管路与电池热管理子系统连接,所述回热器安装在水冷冷凝器与蒸发器、第一冷却器之间。本发明达到了提高车辆经济性、动力性和舒适性的目的。
