The invention discloses an extended-range cylindrical linear motor energy-feedback automobile suspension shock absorber which comprises a shock absorption spring and a linear generator energy-feedback damping structure. The linear generator energy feedback damping structure comprises a shock absorber sleeve and a telescopic rod. A long linear generator fixed primary (stator) and a short moving secondary (mover) are arranged in the shock absorber sleeve; a gear type linear range extending structure is arranged, a linear mover one-way stroke automatic reversing structure and a chain-driven linear mover vertical automatic reciprocating stroke structure are arranged, and a chain tensioning structure is arranged; according to the testing mechanism disclosed by the invention, a short moving secondary (mover) range extending scheme is realized, and the damping effect is improved; the characteristic of quick response of a closed-loop control system of the linear generator can be fully utilized, and the dynamic response performance is high; the moving direction of the secondary moving part is consistent with the vibration direction and is combined with the amplification stroke, and the purposes of electromagnetic energy feedback damping shock absorption and efficient energy recycling are achieved.

    本发明一种增程式圆柱形直线电机馈能汽车悬架减震器,包括减震弹簧和直线发电机馈能阻尼结构;所述直线发电机馈能阻尼结构包括减震器套筒和伸缩杆;所述减震器套筒内部设置长直线发电机固定初级(定子)和短移动次级(动子);设置齿轮型直线增程结构,设置直线动子单方向行程自动换向结构和链条驱动直线动子竖直自动往复行程结构,设置链条张进结构;本发明公开的测试机构,实现短移动次级(动子)增程方案,增大阻尼效果;能够充分利用直线发电机闭环控制系统快速响应的特点,动态响应性能高;移动次级运动方向与震动方向一致,与放大行程结合,达到电磁馈能阻尼减震﹑能量高效回收利用的目的。
