The method comprises the following steps: obtaining test data obtained by carrying out a six-component force test on a tire under a transient longitudinal slip working condition, the test data at least comprising slip rates of the tire at various test moments; generating a first array and a second array based on the slip rate, and determining the product of the first array and the second array as a third array; determining a zero index sequence number and an intersection index sequence number according to the third array; and determining a plurality of value intervals according to the zero point index serial number and the intersection point index serial number, and performing interpolation processing and averaging processing on data in each value interval to obtain driving parameters for generating a tire model. The method and the device solve the technical problems of long data processing time and low processing efficiency caused by the fact that a processing method for six-component data generated by testing of a tire under a transient longitudinal slip working condition needs to carry out multiple times of fitting on the data in the prior art.
