The invention relates to the technical field of loading and unloading equipment, and discloses a quay crane loading and unloading system which comprises a container quay crane provided with a girder, a quay crane trolley and a lifting appliance on the quay crane trolley. The transfer mechanism is located below the girder, the transfer mechanism comprises a carrying basket body, a balance weight part and a circulation driving device, the carrying basket body and the balance weight part are in transmission connection with the circulation driving device and are arranged on the two symmetrical sides of the circulation driving device in the vertical direction, and the carrying basket body is suitable for carrying a container; the circulation driving device is suitable for driving the object carrying basket body and the balance weight piece to move between the first height position and the second height position in a reciprocating mode. By arranging the transfer mechanism, the lifting distance of the lifting appliance is reduced by using the transfer container, and the energy consumption and the time consumption of box lifting operation on the container quay crane are reduced; a part of the weight of the container is counteracted through the balance weight piece symmetrical to the object basket body, the driving power of the circulation driving device is reduced, and energy consumption of the transfer container on the transfer mechanism is reduced.

    本发明涉及装卸设备技术领域,公开了一种岸桥装卸系统,包括:集装箱岸桥,其具有大梁和岸桥小车,岸桥小车上吊具;中转机构,位于大梁下方,中转机构包括载物筐体、配重件和循环驱动装置,物筐体和配重件分别与循环驱动装置传动连接,且分别布置于循环驱动装置沿竖直方向对称的两侧,载物筐体适于承载集装箱,循环驱动装置适于驱动载物筐体和配重件在第一高度位置和第二高度位置之间往复运行。本发明通过设置中转机构,利用转运集装箱,减小吊具的升降距离,减少集装箱岸桥上吊箱操作的能量消耗和时间消耗;利用与物筐体对称设置的配重件抵消一部分集装箱的重量,降低循环驱动装置的驱动功率,减少中转机构上转运集装箱的能量消耗。
