The invention discloses an anti-rollover wind power early warning system for a crane, relates to the technical field of cranes, and solves the technical problem that rollover or collision accidents are easily caused as a crane in the prior art lacks an effective and timely safety monitoring means and cannot adjust the moving speed or load data of a mechanical arm in time. The wind power signal acquisition module is used for acquiring a wind power signal and converting the wind power signal into a digital signal; the signal processing module is used for comparing the digital signal with a preset wind power alarm threshold value to judge whether strong wind exists or not; in response to the wind power normal signal, the risk early warning module is used for collecting potential associated operation parameter data of the crane and inputting the characteristic value of the wind power magnitude information group and the potential associated operation parameter data of the crane into a risk early warning model to obtain an output result so as to judge whether the crane has a rollover or collision risk; the rollover or collision risk is analyzed from multiple aspects, the comprehensiveness of risk early warning is improved, and the working safety of the crane is improved.

    本发明公开了起重机防侧翻风力预警系统,涉及起重机技术领域,解决了现有技术中的起重机由于缺少有效及时的安全监控手段,无法及时调整机械臂的移动速度或载重数据,容易导致侧翻或碰撞事故发生的技术问题;包括:风力信号采集模块用于采集风力大小信号并转化成数字信号;信号处理模块用于将数字信号与预设风力报警阈值进行比较,以判断是否存在强风;响应于风力正常信号,风险预警模块用于采集起重机的潜在关联运行参数数据,并将风力大小信息组的特征值和起重机的潜在关联运行参数数据输入至风险预警模型中,获取输出结果,以判断起重机是否存在侧翻或碰撞风险;从多方面分析侧翻或碰撞风险,提高风险预警的全面性,提高起重机工作安全。
