When the temperature and the pressure of a reactor cabin are rapidly increased due to accidents such as water loss of a reactor system, the high-pressure gas provides driving force for the spraying assembly, the resistance of the high-pressure gas and the back pressure of the reactor cabin are overcome, cooling liquid is continuously sprayed to the reactor in the reactor cabin, and the temperature and the pressure in the reactor cabin are rapidly inhibited; human intervention and active equipment investment are not needed, and the safety is high.
