The invention relates to a method for improving fatigue of an LNG (liquefied natural gas) ship dome deck area, which comprises a dome deck, an inner deck, a rib plate, a middle longitudinal girder, flat iron and a T-shaped section bar, the T-shaped section bar at the position of a longitudinal girder corresponding to a transverse bulkhead side and the flat iron above the T-shaped section bar are replaced by a local longitudinal girder, and the upper side and the lower side of the local longitudinal girder are respectively connected with the lower end face of the dome deck and the upper end face of the inner deck. The length of each local longitudinal girder is greater than that of the transverse compartment side longitudinal girder; each local longitudinal girder and each flat iron are disconnected at the rib plate, and each T-shaped section bar penetrates through the rib plate at the rib plate. According to the invention, partial T-shaped section bars and flat iron are replaced by the partial longitudinal girders, so that the fatigue joints of the corner areas at the joints of the transverse bulkhead side longitudinal girders and the inner deck at the corresponding positions meet the design requirements.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船穹顶甲板区域改善疲劳的方法,包括穹顶甲板、内甲板、肋板、中部纵桁、扁铁、T型材,将对应横隔舱边纵桁位置处的T型材及T型材上方的扁铁替换为局部纵桁,局部纵桁的上下两侧分别连接穹顶甲板下端面和内甲板上端面,每一档局部纵桁的长度大于横隔舱边纵桁的长度;每一档局部纵桁、每一档扁铁在肋板处断开,每一档T型材在肋板处贯穿肋板。本发明通过局部纵桁代替部分T型材和扁铁,使得对应位置的横隔舱边纵桁与内甲板连接处的角隅区域的疲劳节点满足设计要求。
