The invention discloses an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship deck block assembling method, which comprises the following steps of: respectively marking a deck center line and a rib position line in each section, and drawing an assembling grid line comprising a deck center line ground sample line and a rib position line ground sample line on an assembling blank position, drawing placing positions of a total assembly placing pier and a support in the total assembly grid line according to a total assembly design drawing of the deck, sequentially hoisting each section to the placing pier and the support, and enabling projections of a deck center line and a rib position line on each section to coincide with a ground sample line of the deck center line and a ground sample line of the rib position line on the total assembly tire position; and a reflector plate is pasted on a bow node and/or a stern node of the segment without marking the center line of the deck, the transverse position of the segment is adjusted, the distance between the reflector plate and the vertical plane where the center line on the ground is located is made to be consistent with a theoretical value on a deck assembly design drawing, and then a block is formed through folding. The construction precision of the full-width dome deck block can be effectively controlled so as to ensure that the full-width dome deck block can be in smooth and high-precision butt joint with a tank body, operation is easy, the operation cost is low, the construction period of a ship can be greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本申请公开了一种LNG船甲板总段总组方法,LNG船甲板总段总组方法在各个分段中分别标识有甲板中心线和肋位线,通过在总组胎位上绘制包括甲板中心线地样线和肋位线地样线的总组格子线,在总组格子线内根据甲板总组设计图绘制总组搁墩和支撑摆放位置,依次将各个分段吊装置至搁墩和支撑上,并使各分段上的甲板中心线和肋位线的投影均与总组胎位上甲板中心线地样线和肋位线地样线重合,并在未标识甲板中心线的分段的艏和/或艉节点张贴反射片,调整分段在横向位置,使反射片到地面上中心线所在竖直面的距离与甲板总组设计图上的理论值一致,再合拢形成总段。本申请不仅能够有效控制全宽型穹顶甲板总段的建造精度,以确保能与罐体能够顺利高精度对接,而且操作简单,操作成本低,能够大大缩短船舶的建造周期,提高建造效率。
