The invention relates to a scheme of an electric vehicle empennage covering, adding, running and charging technology, which is a supplement of the running and charging technology and is designed for keeping the appearance aesthetic feeling of a vehicle. A vehicle empennage is changed into a lifting type, and a wind driven generator is installed in a trunk below the empennage and ascends and descends in a hydraulic mode. When the vehicle runs, the empennage ascends to open the ventilation channel, and the wind driven generator ascends to extend out of the window and receives inertia flow wind energy impact to generate power; when the vehicle is parked, the fan impeller generator descends to be hidden in the trunk, the beautifying plate is folded, and the tail wing descends to restore the original vehicle appearance. Travel examples demonstrate, and travel and charging techniques are feasible. Taking a taxi with a horizontal billboard on the top as an example, the running mode of the taxi is basically the same as the running mode of the'running and charging technical scheme ', and the taxi can normally run for 20 years. Similarly, the wind turbine in the charging technical scheme generates power by utilizing inertia flow wind energy of air flow, does not consume the original stored energy of the vehicle, conforms to the law of conservation of energy and does not influence the driving of the vehicle.

    一种电动车尾翼掩饰加装且行且充电技术的方案,本方案是且行且充电技术的补充,为保持车辆外观美感而设计。将车辆尾翼改为升降式,风力发电机安装在尾翼下的后备箱内,采用液压方式升降。车辆行驶时,尾翼上升打开通风通道,风力发电机上升伸出窗口,接受惯性流动风能冲击发电;车辆驻停时,风叶轮发电机下降隐藏于后备箱,美颜板合拢,尾翼同时下降还原原车貌。行驶实例证明,且行且充电技术是可行的。以顶部安装了横排广告牌的出租车为例,其运行方式与“且行且充电技术方案”运行方式基本相同,已正常行驶20多年。同理,且行且充电技术方案中的风力机,是利用气流惯性流风能发电,不耗车辆原储能,符合“能量守恒定律”,也不影响车辆行驶。
