The electric empennage system comprises a first driving assembly; the first driving assembly is used for driving the second driving assembly to be close to or away from the first driving assembly; wherein the second driving assembly comprises a driving shaft, an empennage is installed on the driving shaft, the driving shaft is used for driving the empennage to rotate along a first rotating axis and rotate along a second rotating axis, the axis of the driving shaft is the second rotating axis, and the first rotating axis is different from the second rotating axis. The invention further provides a motor vehicle and a control method of the electric empennage system.
