The method comprises the steps that SOC data and mileage data in the vehicle running process are obtained; determining an SOC change rate of the vehicle based on the SOC data and the mileage data; determining a working mode of the motor based on the vehicle SOC change rate and the vehicle driving parameters; the working mode is a motor charging working mode or a motor discharging working mode; the vehicle driving parameters at least comprise the opening degree of an accelerator pedal and the rotating speed of a motor; and determining the motor torque based on the working mode of the motor. According to the vehicle torque control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, engine torque sudden change can be avoided.
