The invention discloses a hydro-pneumatic spring offset frequency self-adaptive adjusting system and method.The system comprises a hydro-pneumatic spring and an energy accumulator, the pressure output end of a suspension system is connected with a cavity at one end of the hydro-pneumatic spring, a cavity at the other end of the hydro-pneumatic spring is connected with the energy accumulator, and the system further comprises a controller and two gas storage bottles used for repeated inflation and deflation; the two gas storage bottles are connected with the energy accumulator through the two proportional valves respectively, pressure sensors are arranged corresponding to the two gas storage bottles and the energy accumulator, and the proportional valves and all the pressure sensors are connected with the controller. According to the system and method for self-adaptive adjustment of the offset frequency of the hydro-pneumatic spring, design is reasonable, the offset frequency has an automatic correction function, the offset frequency of a suspension can be kept within a reasonable range through frequent air supply or deflation, and the driving comfort of a driver is improved; and energy recovery is achieved through repeated inflation and deflation, and more energy is saved.

    本发明公开了一种油气弹簧偏频自适应调整的系统及方法,其系统包括油气弹簧和蓄能器,悬架系统输出压力端与油气弹簧的一端腔体相连,油气弹簧的另一端腔体与蓄能器相连,还包括控制器和用于反复充气放气的两个储气瓶,所述两个储气瓶分别通过两个比例阀与蓄能器相连,对应两个储气瓶和蓄能器均设有压力传感器,所述比例阀和所有压力传感器均与控制器相连。该油气弹簧偏频自适应调整的系统及方法设计合理,偏频具有自动修正功能,通过频繁的补气或者放气,可以使悬架偏频保持在一个合理范围内,提升了驾驶人员的驾驶舒适性;并且反复充气放气实现能量回收,更加节能。
