The device has the advantages that high-precision hoisting operation can be realized on the pipe hoisting machine, and the device has a good vibration absorption function.

    本发明公开了一种带行程精确调整功能的油气弹簧缸,属于吊管机技术领域,包括液压缸和气弹簧,液压缸内滑动连接有液压活塞杆,液压活塞杆靠近缸底的一端固定有位移传感器的磁环,液压缸的缸底固定有位移传感器;气弹簧包括气缸筒,气缸筒固定连接在液压缸的一侧,其内缸底一端为气压腔,另一端为常压腔,常压腔内滑动连接有气动活塞杆,常压腔的一侧通过空气滤清器与外界相通,气压腔的一端设有充气阀。本发明的优点在于:能保证在吊管机上实现吊装高精度作业,且具有良好的吸收振动的功能。
