The invention provides a decoupling type full-active hydraulic suspension system and a control method thereof.The decoupling type full-active hydraulic suspension system comprises a plurality of hydraulic prop modules and an energy supply and storage unit, and the hydraulic prop modules are connected with the energy supply and storage unit; and each hydraulic prop module is independently controlled through the energy supply and storage unit. Independent active control over the four vibration damping supporting columns can be achieved, the vehicle body can be kept horizontal under the working conditions of curve running, emergency braking and the like, side tipping and pitching of the vehicle body are reduced, the braking distance is shortened, the running safety is improved, and extreme comfort and excellent control experience are provided for passengers in the vehicle. Meanwhile, preview control can be carried out by utilizing an arranged acceleration and vehicle body height sensor and a high-precision camera arranged on the whole vehicle. Before the vehicle enters a bumpy road surface or a curve, hydraulic pressure output of the four supporting columns can be adjusted, so that the vehicle is more stable.

    本发明提供了一种解耦式全主动液压悬架系统及其控制方法,所述解耦式全主动液压悬架系统包括多个液压支柱模块,以及供能与储能单元,所述液压支柱模块分别与所述供能与储能单元连接,通过所述供能与储能单元独立控制各个所述液压支柱模块。本发明可实现四个减振支柱的独立主动控制,可在弯道行驶、紧急制动等工况下保持车身水平,降低车身侧倾和俯仰,缩短制动距离,提升行驶安全性,为车内乘员提供极致舒适感和出色的操控体验。同时,利用配备的加速度与车身高度传感器,及整车配备的高精度摄像头,可以进行预瞄控制。在进入颠簸路面或弯道前,即可调整四个支柱的液压力输出,使车辆更为平稳。
