The invention provides a novel full-active hydraulic suspension system and a vehicle, the novel full-active hydraulic suspension system comprises a shock absorber assembly and an electric pump assembly, the shock absorber assembly comprises a left shock absorber and a right shock absorber, and upper and lower cavities of the shock absorbers are respectively communicated with a shock absorption damping valve; the electric pump assembly comprises a motor and a duplex gear pump, the duplex gear pump comprises two hydraulic pumps sharing one driving shaft, and an output shaft of the motor is in transmission connection with the driving shaft; an oil inlet and an oil outlet of each hydraulic pump are respectively connected with two vibration reduction damping valves of one vibration damper through electromagnetic reversing valves, and are communicated with hydraulic oil ways between upper and lower cavities of the vibration dampers and the hydraulic pumps; the hydraulic oil way is connected with an energy accumulator. By the adoption of the technical scheme, automobile driving smoothness and handling stability can be guaranteed, and the chassis space occupied by the suspension system is reduced.
本发明提供一种新型全主动液压悬架系统及车辆,新型全主动液压悬架系统包括减振器总成和电动泵总成,减振器总成包括左右两个减振器,减振器的上下腔分别连通有减振阻尼阀;电动泵总成包括电机和双联齿轮泵,双联齿轮泵包括共用一根驱动轴的两个液压泵,电机的输出轴与驱动轴传动连接;每个液压泵的进出油口通过电磁换向阀分别连接一个减振器的两个减振阻尼阀,连通减振器的上下腔与液压泵之间的液压油路;液压油路上连接有蓄能器。采用本发明的技术方案,能够保证汽车驾驶平顺性和操纵稳定性,并减小悬架系统占用的底盘空间。
